I think that this is the 3rd item I have purchased from Barkcontrol and the customer service is always top notch. I don't usually buy online although I do check online first and do the order over the phone and the service is always friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent product, very happy with quality and service

I originally bought a different type of static collar that didn't end up being appropriate for my dog. When I went through the process to return the collar the staff were in contact with me immediately and gave me the information on how to do so. They also gave me advice and an alternate option for a collar that may be better suited for my dog, and put no pressure on me to purchase it. Due to the great customer service and the knowledge about the products I decided to buy the "SportDog SBC-R No Bark Collar" which has worked perfectly on my Doberman, she no longer barks inappropriately, and both my neighbours and myself are happy. Special thanks to Jason, your help was much appreciated. I would recommend the business to anyone wanting to buy training collars for their dogs.

This is my second collar. They work so well. I have a big labradoodle with a bark as loud as he is. The collar works so well. He knows when it’s on not to bark. Comes up in the morning wagging his tail when I go to put it on him. . The first one tho he’d run away when he saw me with it. Stops him barking. His barking was really bad and continuous He even went for quite a few months not barking with the old one after it had stopped working. I highly recommend.
