I have a Pom he’s the best little dog, except for the incessant yapping. He’s figured out 2 citronella collars, just yap until they are empty. We got new neighbours they said it’s lovely here, except for the yapping. I knew I had to bite the bullet. He’s had the collar on for a week and after getting a few good corrections because he wouldn’t stop on the weekend there is minimal barking. And when he does it’s only 2 or 3 barks rather than the still barking 10 mins after the doorbell/car out the front/bird in the air/trees rustling/ dog 10 houses away barked once....get the picture? My next step was surrendering him. Now I don’t have to. He’s the only dog I’ve ever had ( around 15 in total, large and small) that I couldn’t stop barking. Thanks so much.
