My dog is a big baby, and even though the first one i got didn’t work, they sent me a replacement via express and i got it the next day, that one worked and i know it says it takes up to 8weeks to see a change, my dog is now as quite as a mouse now. Life saver honestly, we had to move in with my parents and they already hated the idea of the dogs being here, my dogs are inside dogs so i knew the change would cause issues for my staff x, who whimpers over everything and anything, this device has given me piece of mind, and a night rest Thank you

The K-9 Kannon arrived really quickly and works great, been using it daily with my dogs and they all love it. Best part is you can even use it indoors if you use the lowest power setting. This collar works there's no doubt about it but was just not the right product for my mini foxie who is a timid dog. I honestly did not expect the reaction I got from my foxie, he was very distressed. Bark Control have been so very helpful and explained that this is not the normal reaction and my dog is obviously a bit fearful and timid (although you wouldn't think that when barking). Bark Control were wonderful letting me exchange this collar for the Deluxe Little Dog Spray Collar. The spray collar is working great from the moment I put it on my foxie and although he's a little concerned about it he isn't distressed. It stopped him barking immediately. I'm very appreciative of the support I received from Bark Control in getting the right device for my dog. Thank you.
