Works really well. This a second one for me, I have 2 of them running together, as we are out of the house for a few days periodically and need to ensure the cats get fed. If one fails, then they will still get some food. So far, no issues at all. Had nothing but trouble with another brand, but this one is excellent and no sign of a jam... well done Bark Control.

This collar actually works! I was a bit unsure about it at first, because we're not home to see if it works. Recently we saw it in action, the collar gave him the beep on the first bark and then the shock on the second. He no longer barks when were leaving the house for work and not at the neighbours walking up and down our fence line! Long story short, if your unsure about it, its defiantly working, he's a Blue heeler cross Kelpie, and gets himself into barking fits that can last for hours, I wish we had done it sooner. GREAT BUY!

We literally used this collar for 3 hours & our boy (3yr old German Shep) stopped barking at unnecessary things! Our neighbours are gobsmacked by how fast it worked. We are beyond thankful for this product. I cannot recommend it enough. It only stayed on level 1 so we knew he didn't challenge it. We were very worried someone was going to complain to the council or worse- physically hurt our boy, but now all those worries are gone. We can't thank you enough.

From the many places i have dealt with i can easily say the best customer service i have ever dealt with. System works great havent had any major problems only a minor issue and was sorted out right away.
