I was sceptical about buying this product from my dog as I always believed it was cruel. However a continuous barking issue effecting our neighbours we were willing to try. Within the first week our dog literally has stopped barking, and the best thing is he has learnt to control this himself now without the collar activating. Thank you for such an amazing product !

We could not have hoped for a better solution, kind of felt a bit cruel, but honestly they only really go near it once, and it is much better than being run over; works perfect.

I took on a dog that had to leave its first home due to excessive complaints from neighbours and council for non-stop barking when owners not home. They had tried the citronella collar etc. As soon as I left for work the neighbours said it would bark non-stop. We ordered the high pitched collar and it did nothing when we were not there. The complaints were so bad anonymous letters in the letter box etc that the council than contacted us with the threat of huge fines etc. In desperation as we had tried behaviour modification, collars, even desexing him we tried the SportDog SBC-R Collar and on the lowest level no complaints from neighbours at all. Highly recommended

Remote trainer curbed bad behaviour in a day. I no longer have to follow the dogs around yelling at them to stop charging and lunging at the neighbours cows, or anyone else at the fence for that matter. They stopped escaping when they learned I could do something about it. They're very smart and know exactly what the collars are. Haven't even used the fence system yet as I wanted to introduce the collars to them at my discretion and do some basic training first, but once it's set up I have full confidence it'll do its job. The whole experience with bark control was very easy and pleasant. Postage was fast and everything is great quality. Batteries last longer than expected. Collars are used daily and they're still running off initial charge with full battery indicators after a couple weeks. This is the best investment you can make for your dogs safety.

I was hesitant to purchase initially, but talking with the great guys you have on staff helped me to choose wisely. My dogs howling took only a couple of days to be totally eliminated, and that was using the lowest setting. It doesn't hurt at all, my son tried it!! I think it's more the warning sound that has taught my dog to stop the behaviour. The electronic counter is always on zero now when I return home. I love this product and highly recommend!!!
