very effective. highly recommended

We have had bark collars in the past and this one seems to be better, as it doesn't go off when bumped like the other collar. I also like the low battery indicator light. I think the clip design could be improved. It's very rigid and small and I don't find it as easy to use as the other we have. The excessive barking was under control almost immediately with the collar. I would recommend this product to others.

Very prompt service, easy web access and excellent product

Product purchased was exactly as advertised and prompt delivery especially using the express post. The sportdog collar is very easy to use once you have read all instructions... however I believe a DVD with product would have been more beneficial but there are plenty of YouTube videos on this product so overall I rated it 4/5

Great service, item was posted the day after it was ordered, everything was in working order when it arrived. Fence has worked well, but is prone to lightning damage. Have had 2 transmitters destroyed by lightning so far.
