It has been very easy to use and has had a great response to the barking of our dog Thank you for all the advise and correcting the problem dog

Only had the collar one day and working very well on half strength. Not sure of the range but looks compact and simple. Not coded together out of the box but simple to do. Thanks, it may save a good dog its life.

Customer service was great & my dog received his bed in a few days.
