As soon as this was placed on our dog and she did he first bark she got a nice suprise. It worked well when she barked loudly, then i found that she could find just the right pitch to get away with. I called up bark control and spoke to a really helpful guy that gave me some good fitting advice - now she does not bark at all. She has had this for 3 weeks now and when i take it off her, she still does not bark at things that she usually would have prior to getting the bark collar.

This is the third collar I have purchased due to my dog being quite rough when playing with toys unfortunately she loves barking and quite often it is at nothing and my neighbour is not a fan (understandable) so it is a necessary evil to keep the peace. Thankfully they are posted asap and the online help is fantastic.
