I ordered the collar after I received some nasty letters from neighbours about my dog barking when I'm out of the house and since I've been using it, no more nasty letters and some have said he's stopped barking nearly completely. Very happy that I can keep my dog with me and I don't have to worry about him disturbing neighbours.

After trying an Ultrasonic Outdoor Bark Control "birdhouse" with no effect whatsoever I decided to try a citronella collar to stop my German Shepherd from barking at night and early in the morning. This worked very briefly but she started barking again and the neighbours complained again. I decided to try the SportDog NoBark Bark a Control Collar on advice from the helpful guys at Bark Control. I was a bit worried that it would be unpleasant and painful but since the first night I put the collar on my dog she has stopped barking at night. I have it set on 3 and that is sufficient. She might bark on occasions and she then yelps but seems to be none the worse for wear. She is still happy and playful and barks during the day although that seems to have lessened as well. I put the collar on her late at night and take it off after 7 am which seems to appease the neighbours I only keep it on her for about eight hours . It's a relief to no longer get complaints about our sweet girl

The collar is exactly as described. Clear, easy to follow instructions. I am having success with the collar, although due to the number of dogs here maybe not the success the collar is capable of. It has certainly got the attention of my little Yorkshire Terrier and she does stop barking, but then the other dogs get in on the act so she starts again and gets another little shock. I think she's confused by the other dogs still barking. Once the sleep over dogs have gone back home, I should get much better results. Looking forward to being able to use the collar without the added dogs around. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks for the advice prior to buying.

An excellent product. It has given me control of a head strong young working kelpie. Gives you the dogs attention when training and control of him while working sheep.Well worth the investment thank you.
