I purchased the Petsafe Big Dog Remote trainer as I could no longer tolerate my border collie barking constantly whilst riding in my car or my husband's ute. As I was unsure of which one to buy, I rang and spoke with Jason who was really helpful. WOW, what a difference it has made. I actually now look foward to putting Bo in the car knowing that I will have a more pleasant, safer and quieter drive and he may get to go on more outings. I only needed to use it a couple of times and he now knows when the collar goes on what will happen if he starts to bark. I couldn't be more happier with the results, thank you!

My poodle x maltese x shitzu is nearly two and I had been trying to manage his guard barking since he was four months old. He is easily set off by neighbourhood noises, both inside the house and in the back yard and despite being only 6kg he has a VERY LOUD bark. He would explode unexpectedly at any time which would scare the wits out of me. It was creating a huge amount of stress for me which was making my dog more stressed as well. After paying for different dog courses and books and a personal trainer coming to the house and all sorts of other things like a thundershirt and calming herbs, I was totally at my wits end. In every other way he is a wonderful dog and I love him to bits so I didn’t want to give him up but I couldn’t continue as we were. I started to look for help again and came across some very positive reviews for these collars. I was reluctant to try an electric collar, worrying about it being cruel or traumatising or that it might change my dog’s personality for the worse. But I thought whatever happens it would be better than the trauma of rehoming him so I decided to give it a go. The first day was very hard for both of us. He was scared of the shock and came running to me in fright, but by the second day he had worked it out and from day three I have had a quiet dog. It’s been a miracle and we are both more relaxed. He’s not traumatised, he’s his usual self except quieter. He is still alert to noises but the gentle training method I learned to deal with barking works much more effectively now and the most he will do is growl or make a quiet ‘boof’ sound. I’m extremely happy with the collar, it has restored my sanity and saved my dog from the possibility of being rehomed. Thank you!

My Great Dane pup responded immediately to the SBC-10R. She now knows that play barking in the park with her doggy friends is fine but barking indoors is not - thank you, you saved my sanity

I have a Doberman and a Maltese x, we live on a large property near crown land, the Doberman got into a bad habit of chasing kangaroos and nothing would stop her. One time she had ended up on the HGW stopping traffic in both directions with our little dog at her toe. We were at our wits end and worried sick, so I had purchased the Stubborn dog fence. I was sceptical at first as she is very highly driven to run and chase. It had taken her 3 tries to cross the boundaries. she now only barks at wildlife and stays within the boundaries! The little dog tried once and doesn't have to wear his color at all to stay home. We can relax now knowing our dogs are safe and we don't have to lock them up all day long until we return home from work. They can enjoy the outdoors and stay safe! Thank you Bark Control! Gabby K
