Our red cattle dog was great, with staying in his yard, but he would just take off, if he was out with me, on our acreage. Now, we can have him with us, just hanging around, and be confident that he isn't interested crossing the boundary we've set with the Hidden Fence. It's made life outdoors, so much more enjoyable. This collar works! I was skeptical about this to say the least but I kid you not after only two days my barking Kelpie is silent with this collar on setting 2. He only wears it during the early morning and late afternoon and on every other day I leave it off. I am convinced this will train him to respect the silence.
