This was a replacement Hound House. The price was the best I could obtain either on line or in a pet shop. Delivery took two or three days. The product could perhaps have contained slightly better hard copy assembly instructions rather than suggesting going on line to access them.

Great results from this product and great service from this store. Highly recommend to everyone

Good customer service Fast delivery Product works great

Very impressed with the quality and sturdy structure of this kennel. Love the fact that it can fold up and go camping with us. Would highly recommend this produce over the timber kennels. Tanya

The service from bark control was excellent- haven't had a chance to try the collar yet though.
