We are very happy with the service and the product.

I have a Greyhound X (from the pound) who was barking at passers-by during the day and irritating the neighbours (shift workers), from all reports she now only barks occasionally (she was barking constantly). It did take her a little while to respond to the collar, but she can fixate on things and be quite focused so this doesn't surprise me. I have gradually been turning the level down and haven't seen an increase in her barking. It has an indicator to give you an idea of how much your dog barks. She has quite short hair and thin skin so I was concerned about the prongs irritating her but the shorter attachments haven't caused any issues. It does come off when I get home from work. All in all it has fixed an issue which had the potential to cause a bit of conflict. PS. She gets walked everyday and has plenty of stimulation in her yard.

We were at wits end with our German shepherd, she barked every night non stop. The first night we put this collar we knew we'd made the right choice. In the month we have had it we have seen a huge difference she hardly barks at all now and our neighbours came and thanked us for sorting out the problem. Would recommend this to anyone who will listen. I hope we can get to the point where she won't need it anymore... but we will take it one day at a time!!! Very impressed
