The title says it all. I spoke to Jay twice because the post office did not deliver the package twice. They said it was undeliverable as addressed. I should know where I work. Jay went ahead and sent the package to the same address except this time via UPS. Guess what? It arrived. Two sides of a coin here outstanding customer service by Jay and Bailey's. And the lack of customer service we have come to expect by the USPS. Thank you Jay and thank you Baileys. As far as the USPS I only hope I can live long enough to see it become privatized.
