I am rating mostly based on costumer service and shipment. My dog is only 4 but has been dealing with back issues from the get go. The brand we used previously worked very well, but I decided to leave them after they went woke. I haven't seen any bad remarks on Bailey's, so I'm glad I found them and I think my dog is doing well with it. I don't give her every time, only when I see the back issue is about to flare up. She has discospondylitis.
