They had an amazing customer service

The particular product I wanted has been discontinued by the manufacturer but I was contacted immediately by customer service and an excellent substitute was suggested and shipped immediately. Very happy with the level of service and I highly recommend.

I bought Christmas gifts from this shop (online) and loved the quality of the products, the friendliness of their contact personnel, how beautifully the boxes were wrapped and the fairness of their prices. I also like the subscription model to order recurrent items (like dog food) at a discount. Highly recommend. I'll be shopping with them again.

Delivery was really quick!
