Don't like the elliminati (fecal funk blended with synthetic smelling orangish scent), but the carpet/furniture spray is wonderful! Refreshing and effective!

Prices are fair...If product worked.like it is advertised.

Shipping was slow. I had to finally reach out to a customer service rep because I could not find any tracking/shipping info. It had not shipped so she shipped it herself & it arrived fine. However, I do love the product & will order again.

Not pleased with the shipping. About 1/4 of the liquid leaked out due to the cap not being tightened when shipped.
