My Bunnies did not want the hay and I got the wrong hay. Customer service did not return my email.

My package got lost and it took 3 days for anyone even answer my e mails as they dont even have phone customer service, then it took 5 days for them to figure out what happened, instead of replacing my order right away, meanwhile my rabbits were without hay for few days. Beyond bad customer service. Will not order again.
