The hay is good quality, my older buns I think prefer softer cuts of hay, as I have not found a first cut they love. But this first cut they seem to like better than most, so thumbs up 👍

Shipping was pretty good but just overall didn't like it.

The box cant fit in the cage. The hay is nothing special.

My rabbit wouldn't touch it. It was packed very tightly. When I took it out.of the box, most of the hay was in tiny pieces. Maybe good for a guinea pig or smaller pet.
