Excellent packaging and fast shipping.

Shipping was super fast and the community service was excellent. For those of you that have bunnies, you know that they love cardboard boxes. This heat came in two boxes, which I loved. My bunny, Franklin, was obsessed with pulling the hay out of the pre-cut box. Such a fun activity for him.

Bunny loves it and I liked the cute little box it was packaged in!

Had zipcode change and they handled it quickly. Also the delivery was faster than other hay I've ordered online.

Great product. Would love to be able to get it in Canada thought. Currently have to mail it to a friend in the US and then pick it up from them.
