This is my second RO system that I have bought from Air, Water & Ice and as before the unit works great, it is well constructed, easy and inexpensive to maintain (filter cost is very reasonable), and last but not least the people AWI are pleasure to work with. In addition, they shipped my unit the same day I ordered it and I had it the next day.

I tried to save money and install cheep knock off filters from Amazon. Five weeks later they failed causing my entire system to taste like celery water. I had to flush the entire system and install the correct filters. I hope you can learn from my mistake as I now know there's only one place to purchase my filters, Air, Water & Ice.

I have used air water and ice for 10 years now. Parts are always shipped and delivered without any issues. No major price changes.

I called and asked about getting a new cartridge but never got a reply. I just assumed they are not available other than as a complete unit with the faucet.

This is my 3rd ro/di system. They work great, but every 2 years I have to get a new one because the canisters leak.
