Okay I needed to get some fittings and filters for my typhoon extreme 3 had to hook up a pump as my water pressure and water temp had dropped . I really needed to make water for a change and top off. Totally my fault in being a procrastinator. So here's the deal I ordered what I needed an chose usps priority mail, When I didn't receive it when I thought I should I called and talked to Chris I think I'm hard of hearing hope I got the name correct anyway he said it must have gotten lost and reshipped my order. That order I received on time and the other a few days later. He told me I could ship it back and would credit me for the shipping. I chose to keep the order because I would need these items in the future anyway and called to have my credit hit again to pay for it. I worked with the guys at Air, Water & Ice when I was trying to workout how to put together a filtered water system for my saltwater aquarium. I don’t know how many emails filled with diagrams and questions I sent but they patiently responded with some excellent ideas. I bought the whole setup from them and it worked as planned: RO water at the kitchen sink and refrigerator, then DI into a storage tank in the basement for prep water for the aquarium. Worked like a charm for about 10 plus years. Then we relocated. I recently hit them up again to get some input on how to setup RO to sink and refrigerator in our new house. This was different because of the layout and PEX plumbing. 14 days later (I had a lot of questions as usual) I installed the RO system and it works as I expected. Pure filtered water. Thanks guys.
