The products are affordable, but they make up for it in shipping costs!

My dog had foot surgery and I ordered the surgical recovery boot. The boot is very well made, but would not stay on my dog’s leg. I have a puggle. No matter how tight I tied it, once he took his first couple steps it would fall off. The boot did not ship until after 7 days and I received it 3 days later. A couple days later the stitches were removed so, if I had known it was going to take so long to get it I would never have ordered it. I did receive a next day response when I sent a request asking when the boot would be shipped.

Prices are great, products are great, shipping is excruciatingly slow

I ordered a product for my cat and I did receive the item. However, my cat did not like it and I chose to return it and paid the shipping fee. The problem was the item was returned to ME saying WRONG ADDRESS! I sent the item to the address shown on the internet and after sending the company a note about the problem--I was paid in full for what I had to return. I hope the correct return address to Affordable Vet.net is corrected by them.
