Poor description of product. Personalised design dog bowls are not suitable for the dishwasher. This was not evident from the product description online. No ability to return as personalised. Very disappointing purchase.

Very surprised you are asking about our overall and delivery experience because even though we ordered over 17 days ago, we still haven’t received the dog collar we ordered as a Christmas present, which we obviously didn’t receive in time. Very disappointed in your service and wouldn’t order from you again. Hopefully you can help sort out why we haven’t received it, otherwise we will contact our credit card company to reclaim the cost.

Have written emails stating your collar is junk. It stained my dogs neck black and is not dog friendly. I will make sure everyone else stays well clear of your shop!
