Generally a good experience, had to return an item as the sizing was wrong which increased the cost . The finish of the petiquette collar and lead is good and was nice to choose a bespoke colour and style, unsure of how it will wear as feels more like a coated composite leather, would have been nice if a star was available on the matching lead. Customer service was good.

Ordered the wrong size, my own fault but had to message twice for instructions in exchange. Had to re order and pay for the 2nd one as they don’t do exchanges and not had an acknowledgement or confirmation of the 2nd order?

Not happy that you have to pay to return an item.
