I have no problems with the shipping. I have not had a need to contact customer service for anything, so I cannot comment on that.

All in all I am very happy with service. The initial order takes time to get to you, so that surprised me with all the quick deliveries out there, but as long as you plan for a bit of shipping time, not a big deal.
