Everything went well. I’m just not sure how this dog goes from a Cairn Terrier to another breed so I ordered another test from your competitor to judge for myself.

It only took a little over a week to get the results. Great job!

The thoroughness of each category was so helpful. It was right there instead of having to do a search. The characteristics of each breed is extremely helpful as I navigate through anxiety and separation anxiety of my puppy.

The first package came quickly and had clear instructions on what to do. It stated it could take 2 to 3 weeks after they got the sample to give results and it surprisingly didn’t take that long!! They emailed me the results and gave me the option to upgrade to get health details and more. Of course I did and immediately was able to see the results.
