My experience with an online order that was shipped to me went great. The dog food left immediately and arrived soon thereafter. I'm happy with the selection of items and the prices too. Ordering online for in-store pick-up has gone smoothly as well. Overall, very happy with my shopping experience with LC, whether online or in the store, or with services such as the pet washing.

For example, if you buy 15 or more cans of Ziwi Peak, you get 15% off the price. #2 - With 5% back on every purchase (services included) plus $50 in free food when you’ve spent $600, Loyal Companion’s Rewards program is the best pet store loyalty program I’ve found. #3 - The store carries a wide variety of premium pet food including the Ziwi Peak Venison, Wellness Morsels Turkey Dinner, and Grandma Lucy Freeze Dried Chicken my two kitties love and are thriving on. #4 - The online Customer Care Team (especially Marissa) is amazing and most of the staff I’ve encountered in local stores have been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Loyal Companion employs very personable staff who make visiting the store a pleasure. #5 – In addition to its website, Loyal Companion has many convenient brick and mortar locations. I guess the only thing I can find to grumble about is how difficult it is to purchase the more economical 6.5 oz cans of Ziwi Peak Venison through Loyal Companion. Recently, I’ve had to go to Amazon.com, Chewy.com, and Ziwipets.com to purchase this staple, but only as a last resort. I always check Loyal Companion first. Love that store!
