Great prices and great selection. Website is easy to use. I also love there store in Littleton MA. I will continue to buy from loyal companion. My dog loves it there. We let her pick out a toy sometimes. I buy the antlers there because I can see them before I buy them. My dog Bean just loves antlers. We tried Kong toys but they just don’t last so we’ll stick to the bones. I’m surprised that this review wanted to hear so much about my experience because I think writing all of this down took me longer then just logging onto your website and buying the items I needed. That being said, now I just want the green bar at the top of my screen to be full. It’s driving me nuts. Is there a certain amount of words or letters? I’m just going to type random words to test it out. Website was really easy to navigate. Product was shipped and delivered very quickly. My first order arrived in two days. My second order arrived the same day. It was delivered incomplete, but their manager called me right away and apologized for the mistake and personally delivered the missing order to my door. Five star customer service, made me feel like a priority. As far as the actual food, I switched over from Blue Buffalo after my six year old Australian Shepherd mix devoured a sample I received from a coworker. He loves his Loyal Companion Roosevelt "The Docks" dry dog food!
