The online ordering experience is quite different from other applications that I have used in the past. There have been some issues where my order would go through to a store that displayed on the system that an item was in stock but it was not actually in stock at the store. Aside from a few user interface related quarks that could be ironed out, I give this experience a 5 out of 5 stars because every single bump in the road has been met by eager to please prompt and professional customer service that does not leave you hanging. That and the point system is incredibly satisfying. Thank you loyal companion!
