I ordered my cats’ food from here yesterday and later that day, I received a call from the store saying they did not have the food that I requested. But the lady said there were two 4 pound bags of the same food and she wouldn’t charge me the difference for them. I appreciated the phone call about my order and the substitutions she offered. So friendly once I walked into the store! Definitely will be back!
