We recently adopted a new dog and had to travel a fair distance from pickup to our home. Since she had not traveled with us before, I purchased this tether for safety purposes. It attached easily to her harness, and I felt relieved that she was safe in the back seat should (God forbid) we get into an accident. I was so glad that Loyal Companion had this very useful product on hand!
