I love this place. Everything is well laid out and easy to find. The people are really helpful and they can order whatever you need. I love to bring my dog in because she gets to play with the new people she finds.

LOVE ❤️ LOYAL COMPANION!! I have been going to this store through three name changes I believe possibly four! Regardless of who has owned this store, I now go to a new location as we moved a few years or so ago, they have consistently had (regardless of location) completely excellent customer service!! They have an amazing variety of quality products for your pets, I am a dog person, so my psychiatric service dogs(1 retired) are my world and I try to do everything the best for them with my limited means being disabled. I can find the quality raw food I need (when I can’t do it homemade) at Loyal Companion! I have limited income compared to the average, yet loyal companion, has been so helpful as you can build up credit & they add up quite quickly! You can use your $10 credit (y hat’s how I always get them in multiples of 10) it seems there’s no restriction from what I can tell. I’ve been able to apply those credits to any kind of purchased be at toys/food/clothing/accessories! Also, I can place my order online with loyal companion and pick up in store for 10% off! Not only is this convenient, it helps every little bit of savings helps me be able to feed and care for my dogs the way I want to! Thank you Loyal Companion, for going above and beyond and hiring wonderful employees! Shout out to my current store on Auburn Street in Portland, Maine!! Sarah and the crew you rock! You all have done nothing but been extremely helpful and supportive. In any issue I’ve ever had has quickly been resolved beyond my satisfaction & their employees are so wonderful. They have listens to me when they don’t have to just because they are good people and they understand sometimes someone just need someone to talk to for a minute about their pups or just to share, being agoraphobic, disabled, practically housebound, I love going to Loyal Companion because I know I will always have a positive experience, just to clarify, stores are a big fear for me, and a big source of massive panic, but not Loyal Companion! Can’t say enough good things—1000 stars for this store!!!♥️
