Very responsive customer service

At first there was a real issue with customer service when one slush suit broke the second time I tried to put it on my dog. After a few weeks of frustrating inability to contact anyone, someone reached out and immediately sent me a new suit. Once able to communicate with the company, the customer service was excellent and the new suit is working perfectly.
