Excellent customer service. The website said the item I wanted was out of stock. I decided to call to find out when it would be available and was informed they aren’t making them anymore in the color I wanted. The lady on the phone then volunteered to walk out and check the warehouse, just in case, and found one for me! She even applied the 10% discount code and made checking out incredibly easy. The package shipped promptly the next day.
