Order still not received and no information sent. After 3 tries to contact company finally got an email that said it was on back order. Very poor communication

Very disappointed in lack of response to emails asking for information related to my dog scratching his hair off after starting their dog food. Figured I’m not the only one this has happened too and perhaps they had some suggestions or insight. But I’ve emailed twice and given ample time for a response and yes, I’ve checked my spam box too.

Issued me a coupon with a short expiration right after submitting a order. Why issue a coupon with a short viable use time after purchasing a big bag? Reached out to the company and they ignored me. Referred many, many customers of my grooming business. Thanks for nothing!!
