Shipping options
I had already discussed this with a customer service rep but I think your company should consider providing shipping options outside of Amazon for your website. We already have the option to order through Amazon directly so if we choose to order from your website instead, it seems that the shipping choices should allow for different options. As it is, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the arrival date of my order was actually 2 days later than what it would have been had I just ordered straight from Amazon. I would have been happy to pay extra for faster shipping if that had been an option on your website. Additionally, I question whether or not your shipping details section should include "5-10 business days, but we try to ship out sooner if we can." My order arrived exactly at the maximum of that range and I think that last line more than anything just creates false hope for the customer which then results in a negative perception of their experience, versus just saying "5-10 business days" and the customer accepting that reality as they order.
We like this dog food and will continue ordering it, but respectfully, I do think there is room for improvement in your ordering process that could allow for happier customer experiences in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider this.
