Last order came very fast. The treats and small packages are delivered fine. The larger/heavier dog food bags are usually manhandled during shipping and a fair amount of the kibble is turned to dust/crumbles. Amazon and FedEX are both equally as bad at delivery of big bags of dog food. Chewy was the only supplier who was able to deliver the dog food in tact. I am dissapointed that you no longer sell your products through Chewy.

Love the dog food but supply has been quite a problem

When product ordered is in stock, it ships immediately. No issues to date. Been ordering from Visionary for many years.

When I order, I get an email that it's been shipped the same day. 3 days later It's here. Great customer service!
