The food is never anything less than perfect. My dogs weight has stabilized and health has improved significantly. I will say some packages of food come shattered. Some deliveries come with damage to the box and food can start thawing. Staff is pretty great and quick, they’ve made some small errors, but who doesn’t. Still waiting on my free packages of chicken treats for getting my Gold status. Overall I’m happy.

Cooper is doing very well with PetPlate. Customer Service and delivery is great.

Recieved the food quickly and it was packed well to keep it frozen.

I love the smaller containers and the fact they are microwavable. It is so much easier to keep any leftover meal for a day or two without looking for something to store it in.
