PetPlate

It took Remi a few days to adjust to her new fresh food from Pet Plate and we figured her tummy doesn't like the Venison one. She loves the beef and chicken ones so much !

I have been giving my 2 pups the Turkey recipe, and they are doing great on it. After losing my senior dog of 15 years to kidney disease last year, I promised myself that my next pups will live on nothing but the best. My old dog grew up mostly on commercial dry dog food until her late years when I had her on prescription wet food. Although they were quality, and she lived happily and healthy until her very last year, I can't help but thinking it wasn't enough for her and incorporating better food might have added few more years to her life. After so much grief, I finally adopted Yoshi, who is a super mutt turning one this month, and gained Hailie, who is a Shiba-inu and Welsh Cardigan Corgi mix of 9 months. Yoshi came with a myriad of health issues from the time I adopted him. He soon developed an auto immune disease that put him at an emergency vet :( I gradually switched the dog food the rescue place had him on to commercial fresh food. Hailie came with a quality dry food from her previous family. I also gradually took her off the dry food. My experience with them and the never ending quest for the food that does not give them stomach problems is that the ingredients in PetPlate turkey recipe seem to work great for them. I tried a lot of different commercial fresh foods and a commercial raw food, but they all gave them diarrhea. With PetPlate's turkey recipe, the transition time was minimal, and they love eating it. I microwave for 30 seconds or less in the container that's already portioned and stir it with a spoon with some pure pumpkin supplement, and feed it in a slow feeder bowl. We even just took a road trip over the holiday weekend and took PetPlate food with us. It's sealed well and packaged very conveniently for packing it in a cooler with ice. Feeding it at the destination was very easy and created no mess! After this great experience, I had to switch from the topper option to the full option because they like it so much that they will need to be on PetPlate food 100%. Thank you PetPlate for making this food. I searched and watched the Shark Tank episode when I found out you were on the show. I smiled because your business is thriving. I also love the loyalty program. It shows that business cares about its customers, and as a finance professional, I feel the business plan is well thought out. Carly is my second Pet Plate corgi, and both she and Jillian have enjoyed Pet Plate. The company is responsive, the website is easy to manage, and I was impressed with their service. Neither Carly nor I have any complaints!
