It was extremely easy to contact customer service. Even when I had to pause my subscription for awhile Suri was so happy when it resumed! She is 13 yrs old and with this food she really seems to have more energy. Yes, it's pricey, however the ease in ordering, customer service, and the enjoyment seen in my dog makes it worth it

I can’t say enough about the customer service at this company! As a new customer, I had a lot of questions. I’ve never been on a subscription food service before, I had no previous experience with PetPlate, and I was in desperate need of finding a nutritional solution for Brody. Every member on the staff that I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, that I felt comfortable reaching out to them with any question or concern, and they definitely desired my feedback on the product with the goal of making it the best it can be. I’ve never dealt with a company quite like PetPlate. I just can’t say enough good things about this company.

Love this company. My dogs will have healthier longer lives and it’s because the quality in your product. The convenience can’t be beat either!
