I can’t say enough about the customer service at this company! As a new customer, I had a lot of questions. I’ve never been on a subscription food service before, I had no previous experience with PetPlate, and I was in desperate need of finding a nutritional solution for Brody. Every member on the staff that I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, that I felt comfortable reaching out to them with any question or concern, and they definitely desired my feedback on the product with the goal of making it the best it can be. I’ve never dealt with a company quite like PetPlate. I just can’t say enough good things about this company.
