I like the FedEx shipping method the best. Love the packaging and it’s also thoughtful. Very convenient to store in the freezer and the cute containers are perfect when we go away. I have two 12 year old different breed dogs. They are picky eaters one worse than other and do not just like kibble. Petplate they both enjoy and their poops are so much healthier less loose if no more loose. Customer service is great as well. Recommend all pet owners to try the price not as expensive as other services as well
