I have had dealings with customer service of many different companies. Some gave good service, some absolutely horrible. PetPlate has by far the BEST customer service of all! They are very quick to address you questions or concerns! My first order had a delay in arriving. Okay, any other company would have me patiently wait. NOT PetPlate. They issued a credit to me to apply on my next order!!! And it wasn’t a tiny credit! Needless to say I was impressed! PetPlate cares! Thank you PetPlate from myself and Bandit! 🐾

So far the pups are very happy with Pet Plate. Our two week package has arrived right on time and the meals actually smell quite delicious. It’s very satisfying to know that my fur babies are getting healthy meals. The packages are very easy to warm in the microwave and make meal time easy.

I became concerned when my vet told me that my dog was three pounds overweight. On a small dog that’s obese. So I found pet plate. Judy my dog loves it. Within two months my dogs looks better and feels better. Very happy and so easy to use.
