I want to start by saying that the PetPlate website is so user friendly from start to finish. Placing an order was super simple on their website. I’ve yet needed to contact their customer service reps, but they have a phone number and email address easily found on their website should you require any assistance, make changes to your order, etc. Our orders have been shipped on time, and the packaging is so eco-friendly. They use recyclable packaging and a layer of dry ice to make sure the food stays frozen. I love that the food comes in these nicely labeled microwavable containers! There’s no mess or fuss having to transfer the food from air sealed bags to to containers. Overall, we’re so satisfied with PetPlate!
