Waiting to see if my account gets canceled.

Poor communication, I sent an email with no response. When you order they do not post when product will be shipped like all the other companies so you don’t know when to expect the food for your dog.

We are on day 14 and order hasn't arrived! I was told it would be expedited after complaining and still not here!
