I received the order in an old Get Joy bag that is ripped and dirty. very bizarre.

The delivery date showed 8/18 on my portal but it was wrong , we still haven’t gotten her food and I had to feed her another brand dog food which upset her stomach and now we’re at the vet!! Totally unacceptable

Never got an email when it was shipped. Ran out if dog food waiting so had to still spend and get more dog food while I waited for hers to come in.
