I was very upset when I discovered that my last order was so wrong. The shipment consisted of two boxes of the wrong flavor food. Plus my orders are 8 large bags of food and you sent me 15 bags of food that was not only the wrong flavor I had no room to store it. You did send me 6 bags of the correct flavor and sent me a label to send the bags back, which made for an extremely heavy box that was a lot for me, and I had to go out of my way to find and bring the box to FedEx. My advice is to double check the orders you send out. I pay a ton of money for this food, I think I should receive the correct orders!

My dog really likes the food and her digestive issues have disappeared. I have had some issues with delivery being delayed.

We've rescued and provided lifelong or end of life care for senior and special needs dog's for twenty year's and we've been feeding our dog's Get Joy for more than a year and they live the taste of every flavor. We've fed a variety of brand's and this has been our favorite. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the amount of carrots. It seems the amount has increased a good bit and none of my dog's whose eaten it (5 total) none can properly digest that amount of carrots. Their stool will consist of mainly undigested carrots or they'll vomit a little undigested food many many hours later if I don't pick out the majority the carrots. If I pick out at least half and all the one's still rather hard they have no problems at all. We've delt with canine cancer nine times and we love that this food has broccoli and coliflower and is low in carbohydrates and fat. We wish the amount of carrots could decrease because otherwise we love this food and our dog's are doing great on it. We love seeing them so excited for meal time and that we're feeding something we feel truly benefits their health.

My pup is picky but he is enjoying the food
