The service on the website chat is quick and efficient, they are always able to help with my issue, and the shipping is very fast, no matter where it's going in the country. I travel quite a bit between CA, VA, and FL and I am able to receive my Get Joy package no matter where I am. After the hurricane when shipping was delayed, they quickly sent me a new order of fresh food for my pup, didn't charge me, and it came the following day. Our food was very good and our dog loved it and the prices were a bit more reasonable than other fresh pet brands. auto ship and renewal worked very well and would definitely recommend them for your dog!

To my amazement, my dog has enjoyed this formula and eats all of his meals no problem. Before he would sniff his food, turn around and walk away. At times he would go on a hunger strike for a couple of days. I am very happy that this food makes him happy!
