Customer service person was very friendly and gave me a gift card but what I was hoping for was help in finding a toy for my pup who is an aggressive chewer.

I m very disappointed in the butterfly toy. I had purchased one in a pet store and my cat and I played with it everyday for months and he loved it. I ordered two more but they broke within the week. I had expected the same quality and experience in the two I ordered from you, by the way, for considerably more than I paid in the store, but anything for Andrew. Wish I could be more positive.
