I have bought outward hound puzzles for my dog since he was little and have been very pleased with them, but not this time. The people were not helpful when I received the wrong puzzle or at least not the puzzle pictured and were not very accommodating about the return process. I did not have the ability to do what they wanted and I told them so. I ended up keeping the puzzle but have not used it.

Adequate. Little communication and slow shipment. Eventually all worked out.

Fast shipping but cheaper in Homegood by 16.99 and instead of price matching and leaving at that I got an lecture about the difference.

Shipping took longer than expected.

I don’t like having to set up an account just to track my package. I thus had to call to get updates. Shipping felt slow. Had to remind myself that not everything is delivered in two days. It was bought as a gift and wanted to provide updates as to delivery so recipient knew when to expect package.
