Trouble getting shipping covered even with coupon

Waiting on my second reshipment of the same item. Description says it is a set of 3 so I ordered 3 sets or 9 bones. One pack of 3 arrived stating that I received qty 3. They reshipped 2 sets of 3 but I only received 2 bones, not 6. Still waiting for four bones that are already paid for.

Customer service was great. We had trouble with an earlier purchase and this line was recommended as being "tough". When I wrote them about the first product and how it was destroyed in a short time they gave me a coupon for credit. I used the credit to get the Treat dispensing Strawberry. Unfortunately it also did not last.

Product arrival was on time.
